Your information is on its way to Lee D. Gaber, Esquire.
I, or an associate will contact you within 24 hours – usually within 8 hrs. Your message will go to my mobile device, but if you need a more urgent response you can try me at 888-292-5352 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
IMPORTANT, In the meanwhile:
- Other than informing the insurance company where the motorcycle is, there should be no further communication between you and an insurance company – yours or theirs. The reason you hire an attorney to handle your claim is to make sure you are properly represented, and the only way I can ensure that is to become your “mouthpiece”. Just tell them “my attorney, Lee Gaber will be in touch with you.” Then get their card or information.
- Never give a recorded statement about anything to any insurance company. Nothing good has ever come of giving an insurance company a recorded statement. The purpose of these recorded statements is simply to help the insurance companies defend themselves.
- If you have any visible injuries from your accident, please have someone take clear pictures of your wounds. Including all injuries involving “Road Rash”, once they heal it’s impossible to re-create the visual impact.
I look forward to helping you.
In the meanwhile you may get a better feel for the process by reading my blog or looking through this website.
